Return Policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong product
  2. The product was damaged during delivery
  3. The product is expired or defective upon arrival

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  2. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
  3. Proof of purchase and photos of the product condition are required

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and issue within 3 days of delivery.
